How to Lose Weight With Ketogenic Diet?

There are many different types of intermittent fasting, but the most common is alternate-day fasting, time-restricted feeding, and 16:8.

During time-restricted feeding, people eat within an 8-hour window, then fast for 16 hours afterward.

Along with Intermittent fasting, I would recommend you stay active. While going on this path, I started walking 30 mins a day.

I wasn’t thinking of 21 days, but I was thinking of losing weight fast.
